By downloading, installing, or using the TradeSight AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradeSight AI ("we," "us," or "our").
TradeSight AI is an AI-powered mobile application that provides stock chart analysis, trading signals, watchlist tracking, market data, and related educational tools. The App is intended solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Informational Only: All signals, scores, and analysis provided by TradeSight AI are generated by automated AI models and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any security.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: Past performance of any signal or analysis does not guarantee future results. Market conditions are unpredictable and AI models can be wrong.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any investment or trading decisions you make. Always conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Risk of Loss: Trading and investing in securities involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all of your invested capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at tradesightt@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Paid Plans: Certain features of TradeSight AI require a paid subscription. All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase.
Billing: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription period (monthly or annually).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at tradesightt@gmail.com within 7 days.
You agree NOT to:
All content within the App — including but not limited to software code, AI models, UI design, text, graphics, logos, and signals — is owned by or licensed to TradeSight AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY MARKET DATA, SIGNALS, OR ANALYSIS PROVIDED BY THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADESIGHT AI AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DEVELOPERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeSight AI and its owners, officers, developers, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
The App integrates with or references third-party services including Stripe (payment processing) and Yahoo Finance (market data). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any stock exchange, brokerage, or financial institution.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including sections on Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Intellectual Property.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at tradesightt@gmail.com. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date below or through in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
